Freckles & Dakota Crafts, LLC
Hi, we’re Freckles & Dakota (Jerry & Kathy). Growing up everyone called Jerry “Freckles”, and it stuck. Kathy grew up in South Dakota, so now she’s known as Dakota in this venture. When we were deciding on a name for our craft business, we chose our nicknames and voila, here we are, Freckles and Dakota.
We love creating things with our hands.
Jerry spends time in the woodshop handcrafting cutting boards and charcuterie boards. He also uses two different diode / infrared lasers to engrave the boards along with metal drink ware including water bottles, wine tumblers and whiskey flask.
Kathy loves to sew, and it shows in her fun kitchen aprons, useful mesh bottom bags, cute cross body purses, mug rugs, kitchen towel sets, baby blanket sets and pocket prayer quilts. She also creates stunning quilts and sells those online or through our vendors shows.

Upcoming craft events, pop-up shows and holiday gift bazaars
Apple Annies, Cashmere, WA
We’ll be at the Apple Annie Flea Market and Vendor event in Cashmere on September 20. 2025. This promises to be a great event for the start of the fall season. Over 50 Flea Market Vendors set up on the parking lot, plus you can browse over 70,000 sq ft under cover for those special antique treasures. We’ll be there from 8 am – 4 pm.
Wenatchee Valley Senior Center Annual Craft Show
Get your Christmas shopping done early. This annual event benefitting the senior center, features over 100 vendors in both the Senior Center and Foothills Middle School. It’s a really fun vender and craft fair. Don’t miss it. November 8, 2025. 9 am-4 pm
Wenatchee High School Golden Apple Band Christmas Craft Fair
Nearly 125 vendors line the halls and common areas of Wenatchee High School in a fantastic event that benefits the WHS Golden Apple Band. You’re sure to find very cool and useful Christmas presents for those hard to buy people on your list. Join the fun from 9am -4 pm on December 6, 2025
Gorgeous Exotic Hardwood Cutting & Charcuterie Boards
We use exotic & domestic hardwoods to create stunning kitchen boards. All boards can be engraved for a special occasion or memento. We offer 3 standard sizes of boards, 12×12, 12×16 and 12×20. All boards have routed juice grooves, rubber non-slip feet on the bottom and are hand rubbed with Howard Cutting Board Oil, a food safe mineral oil infused with vitamin E. We do offer special orders on boards up to 24×36 inches, so please ask.
By utilizing contrasting woods in our boards, we create fun and colorful works of kitchen art. Of course adding a whimsical engraving will add a smile to the guest at your next gathering or to that special person.

We have a large selection of colorful stainless steel mugs, coffee cups, wine tumblers, whiskey flask on hand. We’ll custom engrave them with your choice of design or pick from hundreds of our designs.
